History of Unovo
2008: Shanghai Huiming Machinery Co.,Ltd is established in Shanghai mainly make and export the sandwich panel machine.
2010: Shanghai Sunshine Machinery Co.,Ltd is established in Shanghai mainly make and export middle level quantity of various roll forming machines to produce the metal roll formed profiles like C shape steel, Z shape steel, roofing sheet, water rain gutter, shutter door slat, c channel, u channel, sloted angle steel and so on.
2011: Wuxi Unovo Machinery Co.,Ltd is established in Wuxi mainly make and export high quality level and difficult profile various roll forming machines to produce the metal roll formed profiles like electrical cabinet racking, nine fold racking, electrical enclosure box, sixteen fold racking, thirteen fold racking, storage rack, shelve tube column, c shape box beam, seam lock square tube, seam lock oval pipe, seal lock round pipe, partition keep profile, guardrail machine, crash barrier, auto bumper, vehicle door frame, guide rail, grape stake and so on.
2013: We moved factory to Siyang County and established Siyang Unovo Machinery Co.,Ltd. make and export same machines like we do in Wuxi city.
2015: We establised a new metal roll forming profiles factory in Siyang county named Unovo Machinery Co.,Ltd.
Unovo has the most strong technology support in metal cold rolled profile sections forming manufacturing. We have 10 years experience in customized high precision difficult profile roll forming machine within a widely industries. Our design and testing engineer team are all have over 15 years experiences in vehicle roll forming. We can form the cold rolled profile sections with strip width starting at 20mm to 1500mm, material thicknesss of 0.3~5mm, plus lengths of 50mm to any length needed. Our roll forming production lines have 50 forming stations which are able to form many different kind of difficult profile sections. We provide our customers with an oustandingly wide range of items, made of cold rolled steel and hot rolled steel, high strength steel, high zinc coating galvanized steel, aluminum, cooper, stainless steel and compound material etc. If the customer's needs are beyond the scope of our existing equipment, we can also specialize develop the equipment with high matching degree to provide customizing service. It's a easy thing for a machine manufacturer. This is the reason we can do most other Chinese suppliers can't do.
